Al Ain Villa

This villa is two level which is located in Gafat Al Nayyar Al Ain. It has one guest bedroom, outside the villa a landscape with swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is the main hall, grand staircase and lift that will go to the first floor. There is also majlis, dining room with washrooms, one guest room, kid’s playroom and study room. Most of the service areas are also found in the ground floor such as kitchen, storage, laundry room, maids room and telephone room.

On the first floor are master bedrooms, large rooms with master bathrooms and walk-in closets. Each room has a balcony which allow the user to see the view. The first floor also contains the family room or television room.
